Members of the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force who re attached to Self-Defense Forces Central Hospital at Camp Mishuku, Tokyo, carry a U.S. Army Soldier, attached to Company C, 3rd General Support Aviation Battalion, 25th Combat Aviation Brigade, on a stretcher from an HH-60M Blackhawk helicopter during a medical evacuation training scenario as part of exercise Orient Shield 2017, Sept. 15, 2017.
