Herminio “Junior” Graciano, Chief Staff Officer at Commander, Submarine Squadron 15, during a command-wide immunization at Polaris Point, Guam. The influenza, or “flu”, has the potential to adversely impact Navy force readiness and mission execution, and vaccination is mandatory for DoD uniformed personnel.
