180118-N-PN275-1003 SAN DIEGO (Jan. 18, 2018) Richard Miltenberger Jr., a prosthetist at Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD) Comprehensive Combat and Complex Casualty Care(C5) department, removes the outer cast of a mold as part of the the process of creating an Intrepid Dynamic Exoskeletal Orthosis (IDEO) brace.
