(September 25, 2018) Cryptologic Technician (Technical) 1st Class Brendan Nobles is the Center for Information Warfare Training’s (CIWT) N7 department leading petty officer and cryptologic technician (technical) (CTT) rating training manager. Nobles was instrumental in the development and management of 379 courses across the CIWT domain. He oversaw a $4.5M upgrade to the CTT Shipboard Operations course, converted two knowledge tests in performance tests in line with Sailor 2025 initiatives for the Electronic Warfare Threat Recognition course, and reviewed/revised 18,456 pages of documents for multiple courses ensuring the most current and applicable information is being taught to trainees.
