PACIFIC OCEAN (May 29, 2019) Boatswain’s Mate 3rd Class Ethan Evers, from Ambrose, Ga., prepares a riding stopper on the anchor chain on the fo’c’sle of the Harpers Ferry-class amphibious dock landing ship USS Harpers Ferry (LSD 49) during sea and anchor.
