191125-N-RX815-0762 U-TAPAO, Thailand (Nov. 25, 2019) U.S. Navy Seabees deployed with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5 pose for a photograph after doing a project walk through with Capt. Oonnatee Tanate, operations officer of U-Tapao Royal Thai Navy Air Station. The Seabees deployed with NMCB-5’s Detail Thailand are surveying potential construction projects to support the Royal Thai Navy. NMCB-5 is deployed across the Indo-Pacific region conducting high-quality construction to support U.S. and partner nations to strengthen partnerships, deter aggression, and enable expeditionary logistics and naval power projection.
