Command Sgt. Major (CSM) Sheryl D. Lyon is U.S. Army Europe's Command Sgt. Major. CSM Lyon hosted the Junior Enlisted Staff Ride with selected enlisted and senior enlisted mentors in the vicinity of Aachen, Germany following the footsteps of Company C 16th Infantry, 18th Infantry, 26th Infantry, 117th Infantry, 119th Infantry, 120th Infantry and 121st Infantry, 1106 Engineers Group, and 3rd Armor Units during the battles of World War II from September through November 1944. Dr. Andrew Morris was the Junior Enlisted Staff Ride's Historian to educate the U.S. and Germany allied soldiers during the week of 25-28 April 2016.
