The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS) hold the Awards for Excellence and Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony on the patio of USDA in Washington, D.C. on Thursday, Dec. 15, 2016. During the ceremony, USDA NASS inducted Donald Bay and Rich Allen into the USDA NASS Hall of Fame and recognized the agency’s accomplishments as well as the outstanding work of USDA NASS staff and National Association of State Department of Agriculture (NASDA) enumerators.
