210119-M-UY835-1053 INDIAN OCEAN (Jan. 19, 2021) – U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Ryan Lutz, a mortarman with Weapons Company, Battalion Landing Team 1/4, 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit, clears an M240B machine gun during a squad competition on the flight deck of the amphibious assault ship USS Makin Island (LHD 8).
