2nd Lt. Zachary W. Delvin-Foltz debriefs his Marines March 13 following Military Operations on Urban Terrain training in abandoned military housing on NCTS during Exercise Guahan Shield. Guahan Shield is an exercise designed to prepare for multiservice engagements, set conditions for training opportunities involving multiple units, and support rapid response to potential crises and military operations in the Asia-Pacific region. Delvin-Foltz is a platoon commander with Company L, 3rd Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, which is currently assigned to 4th Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division, III Marine Expeditionary Force under the unit deployment program.
