Senate Judiciary Committee ok's Reed. Washington, D.C., Jan. 20. After hearing Attorney General Homer S. Cummings today, the Senate Judiciary Committee went into executive session for two minutes during which they voted unanimously to report favorably the nomination of Solicitor General Stanley Reed to be Associate Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court.
