A Coast Guard rescue swimmer from Air Station Borinquen, Puerto Rico, prepares to hoist Michel Salan from the Liberian flagged bulk carrier AS Vincentia into a rescue helicopter approximately 200 miles north of Puerto Rico, Nov. 4, 2013.
