A Dentist attached to the U.S. Navy Military Sealift Command Hospital Ship, the USNS MERCY (T-AH 19) extracts a tooth from a patient at the Batakte Health Center. The Batakte Health Center and U.S. Navy medical personnel from the U.S. Navy Military Sealift Command Hospital Ship, the USNS MERCY (T-AH 19) saw more than 1,000 people during a free medical screening event. The USNS MERCY (T-AH 19) which operated off the coast of Kupang, Indonesia provided humanitarian assistance to local residents. Aug. 24, 2006.
