A group of cadets with the Wisconsin Challenge Academy march near the academy complex Dec. 14, 2017, at Fort McCoy, Wis. The cadets were in their last weeks of training before graduating. The Challenge Academy, a Fort McCoy tenant organization, offers youth the opportunity to change the direction of their lives and develop the strength of character and life skills necessary to become successful, responsible citizens.
