A group of local Afghani children from the village of Aroki, located in the Kapisa Province of Afghanistan, walk past a US Army (USA) High-Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV) conducting security patrol, on their way to attend the Medical Civil Action Program (MEDCAP) underway in their village. The Programs provide free medical and dental care to residents of local villages as well as literature on the dangers of unexploded ordnance and information on why the US Military is here in their country
