A Guatemalan Army band plays the U.S. national anthem before the ribbon cutting and transfer of keys at a construction site where Marines with Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force - Southern Command worked together with Guatemalan engineers in La Paz, Guatemala, Aug. 6, 2018 . The Marines and sailors of SPMAGTF-SC are conducting security cooperation training and engineering projects alongside partner nation military forces in Central and South America.
