A Marine with the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit’s Maritime Raid Force conducts a military free-fall parachute exercise utilizing the tandem offset resupply delivery system-equipment, or TORDS-E, to insert a 450-pound resupply barrel, June 18, 2014, at Camp Lejeune, N.C. The MRF is part of the 24th MEU’s Command Element and provides the MEU commander with a limited special operations capability.
