PEARL HARBOR (Aug. 28, 2012) National Park Service representative Amanda Carona explains the Dec. 7, 1941 attack on Pearl Harbor using a mural on the wall to chief petty officer (CPO) selectees during a tour of the USS Arizona Memorial Museum as part of the USS Missouri CPO Legacy Academy. While participating in the five-day long academy, 49 selectees live and train aboard the Battleship Missouri with current chief petty officers who provide lessons on leadership, history and heritage of the Navy and CPO community.
