A North Dakota Army National Guard Quick Response Force

A North Dakota Army National Guard Quick Response Force (QRF) made up of Soldiers of the Wahpeton-based 188th Engineer Company delivers emergency flood protection sandbags to protect civilians and their property in rural Cass County April 9, 2019. The Guard Quick Reaction Force (QRF) has done several missions each day since going on duty April 5, and continues standing by at the Armed Forces Reserve Center on the north edge of Fargo if additional emergency flood requests come in from the Cass County tactical operations center (TOC).
