A Satellite Wide Band Communications Journeyman from the 54th Combat Communications Squadron, Robbins Air Force Base, Georgia, sets up an INMARSAT satellite at Prince Sultan Air Base, Saudi Arabia, during Operation SOUTHERN WATCH. He is part of the coalition forces of the 363rd Air Expeditionary Wing, Prince Sultan Air Base, Saudi Arabia, that enforce the no-fly and no-drive zone in Southern Iraq to protect and defend against Iraqi aggression in support of Operation SOUTHERN WATCH
