IRAQ (Feb. 22, 2008) A Seabee assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 1, Task Force Sierra (TFS) looks on after helping erect four walls for a dog kennel on a forward operating base. TFS is dispersed throughout various areas in Iraq and Afghanistan supporting the joint task force in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. NMCB-1 and NMCB-15 are deployed to several locations in the Middle East and Afghanistan providing responsive military construction support to U.S. military operations.
