A staff member cuts a cake to commemorate the USO’s 74th birthday in conjunction with a 2015 Super Bowl party at the Camp Foster USO Feb. 2. The celebration included a live broadcast of the football game being played on multiple TV screens while service members were served grilled cheese sandwiches and sausages.
