A team of volunteers hold the bottom of a huge 60 foot U.S. flag prior to raising it as part of a dedication ceremony held at Siouxland Freedom Park in South Sioux City, Neb. Hundreds of Vietnam Veterans participated in the dedication ceremony of a half-scale Replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial that will be on permanent display in the park in South Sioux.
