Summary

A U.S. Army UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter assigned to the 63rd Tactical Aviation Brigade, Kentucky National Guard, based out of Frankfurt, Ky., sling loads a water blivet during the Vibrant Response 13-2 training exercise at Camp Atterbury, Ind., Aug. 2, 2013. The helicopter transported two Soldiers, a pump and water blivet to mock Forward Operating Base Night Hawk to supply Soldiers with water for hydration, cleaning and cooking. Vibrant Response is a U.S. Northern Command-sponsored field training exercise for chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and high-yield explosive consequence management forces designed to improve their ability to respond to catastrophic incidents.
