A U.S. Soldier of 3rd Squadron, 2nd Cavalry Regiment, stationed out of Vilseck, Germany, inserts ear protection and prepares himself to be a lane safety during a Stress Shoot contest between the Latvian and U.S. Soldiers at Adazi Training Area in Latvia, Feb. 1, 2016. The Stress Shoot Exercise puts the Soldiers through a series of difficult physical tasks followed by firing a weapon at the enemy targets - this exercise tests their endurance and accuracy. The 3rd Sqdn, 2nd Cav. Regt. Soldiers are in Latvia in support of Atlantic Resolve, which allows U.S. Soldiers to work, train and live with our NATO allies and to build a stronger relationship with them.
