A worker paints the eaves of a building maintained by Afghans at Camp Hero, on June 25, in Kandahar, Kandahar province, Afghanistan. NATO Training Mission-Afghanistan's Infrastructure Training and Advisory Group plans to turn 17 buildings on Camp Hero over to Afghan control, the first time in Afghanistan. Each Afghan-maintained building will display a painted Afghan flag.
