Admiral T. Joseph Lopez, US Navy, Allied Forces Southern Europe, United States Naval Forces Europe and Commander of the Implementation Forces (IFOR), and Serbian President Slobodan Milosevic make their final comments to each other after their first meeting. Admiral Lopez will then depart from the Presidency Building and leave Belgrade for Sarajevo, headquarters of IFOR. IFOR personnel are in Bosnia in support of Operation JOINT ENDEAVOR (the multi-national peace mission in Bosnia)
