Staff Sgt. Matthew Hanlon, 438th Air Expeditionary Advisory Squadron

Hanlon, hailing from Temecula, Calif., and deployed from the 6th
Special Operations Squadron, Hurlburt Field, Fla., says he loves the
opportunities he’s been given over the years as aircrew. “Once your
helicopter leaves the ground the thrill of flight begins,” says
Hanlon. “The trust and bond developed between aviators from multiple countries is unparalleled.”
