Afghan Border Police Sgt. Sifat Ullah secures a makeshift tourniquet to a teammate’s leg during a combat lifesaver class given by medical specialists with Company C, 94th Brigade Support Battalion, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division, at Forward Operating Base Fenty, Nangarhar province, Afghanistan, Oct. 21, 2013.
