Afghan Minister of Interior Bismillah Khan Mohammadi

Afghan Minister of Interior Bismillah Khan Mohammadi speaks to a group of Afghan National Civil Order Police basic patrolman trainees about the positive impact their service will make to their country at the Regional Training Center Lashkar Gar in the Helmand province, Afghanistan, July 25, 2011. During the visit to the training center Minister Mohammadi also presented several trainees with certificates and gifts for their outstanding performance. To the group he said, "Please use this opportunity that you have here. Do not waste your time; the more you do in training the less blood you lose on the battlefield."
