Afghan National Army 1st Lt. Sohrab Hakimi, ScanEagle mission commander, of Faryab Province, works with Terrence Jackson, site lead, Combined Security Transition Command-Afghanistan’s Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Capabilities Integration Cell, to plot coordinates for a ScanEagle mission route in Helmand Province, Afghanistan.
