Afghan non-commissioned officers demonstrate proper basic rifle marksmanship techniques while senior enlisted leaders observe at the 3rd annual Afghan National Sergeant Major of the Army Training Seminar, Kabul Military Training Center, Afghanistan. The seminar provided Afghan and coalition senior enlisted leaders the opportunity to discuss and work to resolve current issues that affect Afghan National Army's path to independence.
