After placing frozen food on the pallet, a U.S. Army soldiers from the 3rd Battalion, 6th Field Artillery, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division at Forward Operating Base Ghowrmach directs the placement of the pallet onto a truck which would transport the food to another FOB in northern Afghanistan. The redistribution of food was part of a combat logistics patrol, which provides equipment and supplies as well as transports personnel throughout Provincial Construction Team Maimanah area of responsibility. ISAF troops support the security, development and governance of the Governement of the Islamic Republic and the Afghan people.
