Airman First Class Andrew Garcia, 56th Civil Engineer Squadron firefighter, rings the bell to honor the fallen heroes who responded to the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2001 during the 9/11 Tower Tribute ceremony Sept. 9, 2016 at Luke Air Force Base, Ariz. Following the ceremony, Airmen and firefighters from across the base ran up and down the tower's stairwell to bring streamers bearing the names of the fallen to the top.
