Airmen assigned to the 107th Civil Engineer Squadron, 107th Attack Wing, New York Air National Guard, Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, N.Y., clear an area for a ramp that is being built to be compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act at the West Virginia School for the Blind and Deaf, Romney, W.
