Airmen assigned to the New York Air National Guard's 109th Airlift Wing, based at Stratton Air National Guard Base in Scotia, N.Y. work in the Joint Task Force 4 Joint Operations Center controlling missions in then Albany, N.Y. and Mohawk Valley region on March 20, 2020.
