Airmen position plywood planks along the path of an M-270 multiple launch rocket system (MLRS) as the vehicle moves into a C-141B Starlifter aircraft. The loading of the MLRS onto the planem will represent the first time that such artillery equipment has been placed aboard a Starlifter. The MLRS is assigned to Battery B, 3rd Battalion, 27th Field Artillery, XVIII Airborne Corps
