American fire rescue personnel pull a simulated injured
Summary
American fire rescue personnel pull a simulated injured aviator from an HH-60 medical evacuation helicopter during a fire/crash drill training July 29, at Mazar e Sharif in Balkh province, Afghanistan. The training, conducted jointly with the German Fire Department, promoted aircraft familiarization and cooperation between the two departments which are located on opposite ends of the airfield. Task Force Iron Warrior, a Pennsylvania National Guard unit flying with 10th CAB/TF Falcon, provided the aircraft and crews for the training. (Photo by Staff Sgt.
