Summary
Marcella Franklin, American Red Cross regional program manager, and her crew Liz Zalesky, Jo Barsenas and Brigitte Tyko served Soldiers of the 481st Transportation Company (Heavy Boat) at their mobilization ceremony at Pacific Park on the Naval Base Ventura County at Port Hueneme October 22, and also explained to them and their families all of their benefits and information on how to contact their love ones in time of crisis.
