An Afghan National Army property book officer verifies the serial number of a vehicle that is part of a title transfer of vehicles, associated equipment and basic issue items. This mission marks the first time equipment has been transferred directly to ANA under congressional approval for transfer as excess defense articles that will enhance AFSN capabilities and readiness. The equipment was sourced and readied for transfer by Army Field Support Battalion Afghanistan and 401st Army Field Support Brigade personnel.
