An American and German soldier apply combat first aid to a life like mannequin that has received an amputation on the International Combat Lifesavers Course, Wackernheim, Germany.

U.S. NATO allies and partners including Austria, Finland, Czech Republic and
the UK as well as components of the German Polizei are hosted by the United
States Army Europe Office of the Command Surgeon. Soldiers train together to
earn the certificate in tactical combat casualty care (TCCC).
