An embassy representative and a Red Cross worker coordinate the unloading of supplies from a Military Airlift Command C-5A Galaxy aircraft. Meals-ready-to-eat (MREs) are being delivery to the Red Cross for distribution to refugees suffering due to the country's civil unrest. The MREs are excess military supplies and are made available by authority of the McCallum Program and the DOD Excess Property Program
