Summary
An Iraqi Federal Police member performs cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) on a training dummy during a Combat Life Saver Course at the Besmaya Range Complex, Iraq, Dec. 4, 2018. The Federal Police were trained on CPR to restart the patient’s heart or breathing in the event the encounter a severely wounded victim during their war on terror. Continued assistance to partner forces is essential to setting conditions for regional stability. The coalition and its partners remain united and resolved to prevent the resurgence of ISIS and its violent extremist ideology. (U.S. Army photo by Spc. Eric Cerami)
