Summary

An Iraqi soldier assigned to the 71st Iraqi Army Brigade is entered into the Secure Electronic Enrollment Kit biometrics system during an equipment issue at Camp Taji, Iraq, Oct. 26, 2015. The soldiers were entered into the system in order to keep track of individuals who received military equipment through the Iraq Train and Equip Fund (ITEF) program. The ITEF is one aspect of assistance provided to military and other security forces of, or associated with, the Government of Iraq, including Peshmerga and tribal security forces, to counter the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant.
