Social satire; a tall thin dandy with an extravagant wig and a cane takes off his tall hat to a large lady with a plumed hat and enormous muff; the text below the image explains that he addresses her with flattery and she replies politely but says that his being so tall would make her look ridiculous. 12 December 1794
