Persian Gulf (Feb. 16, 2006) An MH-60S Seahawk helicopter, assigned to the Dragon Whales of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron Two Eight (HSC-28), receives a cargo pendant from a Sailor aboard the Military Sealift Command (MSC) oiler USNS Rappahannock (T-AO 204) during a connected replenishment (CONREP) with the amphibious dock landing ship USS Carter Hall (LSD 50) and USS Nassau (LHA 4). Carter Hall and Nassau are currently on a regularly scheduled deployment conducting maritime security operations (MSO). MSO sets the conditions for security and stability in the maritime environment as well as complement the counter-terrorism and security efforts of regional nations.
