An USAF, F-15E Eagle aircraft from the 492nd Fighter Squadron, Royal Air Force (RAF), Lakenheath, UK receives a preflight inspection before taking off. The aircraft is carrying Captain (CPT), John Wilborne, (pilot) and Dr. Benjamin S. Lambeth. Dr. Lambeth a senior staff member at the RAND Corporation and former Director of RANDS International Security and Defense Policy has published more than six dozen reports and articles on Soviet and Russian military affairs, air power, and other defense matters and has lectured widely on these subjects.
