Anniken Ramberg Krutnes, Norway Ambassador to the United States, and Torleiv Opland, Deputy Chief of Mission for the Norwegian Embassy in Washington, DC, meet with F-35 Lightning II Joint Program Office leadership during an official visit at the program headquarters in Arlington, Va.
