Anniston, Ala., July 31, 2013 -- Tribal healthcare professionals respond to a mass casualty event in the emergency department of the Noble Training Facility (NTF) at the Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP). The NTF is the only hospital in the nation solely dedicated to preparing the healthcare, public health, and environmental health communities for mass casualty response to a catastrophic natural or man-made disaster.
