Apprentice Ellis Brumley, builder constructionman, (right) and Petty Officer 3rd Class Mitchell Francisco, builder, both assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 74, Bravo Company, install a fence at the Morale, Welfare and Recreation Dog Kennel Project on Naval Station Rota, Spain. NMCB 74 is deployed to Camp Mitchell on NAVSTA Rota, Spain supporting Commander, Task Force 68. The work the Seabees are doing directly contributes to the Navy's Forward Presence as described in the Maritime Strategy.
